Please note:

  • All prices are listed in U.S dollars

  • Prices are all estimates, not fixed prices

  • Prices are TBD varying on the complexity of the commission

TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following TOS...

GENERAL TERMS

  • I reserve the right to refuse a commission.

  • Commissions listed above are for personal uses.

  • I will request at least three months for the commission to be completed. If I require more time and the commission may take longer than that, the commissioner will be notified.

  • Nothing made by Boohooberry may be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

Payment & Refunds

  • Commissions must be paid upfront.

  • I accept USD through paypal exclusively (for now)

  • Refunds can only be requested if the piece has not been completed past it's sketch.

  • If you would like a refund, please contact through DMs only.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

  • Alterations can be made to the piece after it is finished however this only goes for coloring mistakes.

  • Heavy alterations to the piece such as clothing, background, or anything that requires drawing the piece can cost more.

COPYRIGHT

  • As the artist, it should be acknowledged that...

  • I may use the completed work to promote myself (such as commission examples.)

  • I may post the completed work on my page.

  • As the commissioner, you are allowed to...

  • Use the completed work for personal use.

  • Use the art to promote yourself with credit properly given to the artist.

  • Use the artwork in your social media and/or channels.

  • It is considered a violation if the commissioner...

  • Reproduces/uses the artwork commercially (makes money off of it)

  • Takes credit for the artwork's creation

  • Makes any alterations without consent
